Instead, there are a few natural ways to get beautiful long hair. There is no magical way to grow your hair overnight. What takes your hair to grow is some dedication and a lot of patience. It is a slow process and eventually you’ll notice the change. It is also important to know that everyone’s hair is different and grows at a different speed. Here are some easy tips and tricks to grow your hair:

Avoid hot tools

Try to avoid heat as much as possible. There is nothing worse for your hair than heat. Let your hair dry naturally after washing and limit the use of hot tools. Make sure to apply a heat protection product before using heat. Remember that every time you use heat, some damage is done to your hair.

Trimming:

You might have refused to cut your hair just because it will get short and not grow. As your hair gets longer, it’s getting less healthier. Trimming just half an inch every month will reduce chances of split ends. Especially, if your hair is colored, the end are dry and prone to split ends. To get healthy long hair , first you must remove all unhealthy bits. If you have split ends, get a trim because there is no other way to repair split ends.

Moisturise:

Once you get rid of all the split ends, use a conditioner after shampoo to prevent split ends in future. Use a deep conditioner once every week. Oils are also good for your scalp and hair. Use any oil treatment to provide your hair with the nourishment it requires. You must start with healthy hair in order to get long hair. Healthy short hair is more beautiful than damaged long hair.

Eat right:

Unhealthy, weak and limp hair is a sign of poor diet. If your body isn’t getting enough nutrition, neither is your hair. How you treat your body has an effect on your hair and skin. Remember to include fresh fruits, vegetables and protein in your diet. Drink loads of water. If there is a need, multivitamins are also a great way to get all the necessary vitamins that your body need.

Use a wide tooth comb:

Avoid brushing your hair while it’s wet. You hair is more likely to get damaged when it’s wet. When shampooing, don’t rub the roots because your hair will get weak. Gently, massage your scalp to promote blood circulation. Also, don’t rub towel. Let it air dry. If your hair gets frizzy or tangled when you don’t brush it while its wet then its best to use a wide tooth comb. The best comb for your hair is a wooden comb.

Hair safe styles and accessories:

Never use rubber band or elastic hair ties that pull your hair. Avoid sharp hair accessories or pins. They will break your hair when you try to remove them. Use hair ties without the metal connector and accessories that are safe for your hair. Many believe that satin pillowcases prevent hair breakage and drying.
Don’t put your hair in styles that can break your hair. Back combing, tight ponytails and tiny braids pull your hair from the roots and make them weak. Remember that styles that pull all your hair and stress the roots are not easy to remove therefore they damage your hair.

iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus Review

For most of the reviews here at Gadgets 360, we use the mobile in question as our primary phone for about a week or so before sharing our verdict with you. We realise this isn't perfect, since there are some aspects of the device that don't become obvious during that time, and in an ideal world, we'd use every phone for a couple of months before we publish our review. With the launch of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus in India, Apple offered to loan the two new iPhones to Gadgets 360 - and indeed other publications - for more than the typical timeframe of a few days. The India iPhone launch of course came a few we...

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have made these Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies at least 20 times now. Not exaggerating. I first made these when we were in the Philippines, when it was a struggle to just keep butter solid for 2 seconds on the counter, and they were absolutely incredible. I had no idea how or why, but they just WORKED. And they blew my mind in the way only a perfect chocolate chip cookie really can. But then every once in a while, they didn’t work. I’m not always super exact with my baking, but still. They were not thick and chewy and buttery like the perfect cookie should be. Some of your comments said the same things – most of the time they worked, but sometimes they didn’t. And I don’t like that. Now I’m back home in dry, cool Minnesota and I have been waiting for this day just so I could figure out what would really make these cookies awesome for you. You who live in normal climates and shop at Cub Foods. I am now speaking your cookie-baking language. Since I’m re...
